Our Happy Parents
Our daughter was fortunate to be part of Tulasi family during her Kindergarten phase. Divya and her teachers know how to work with young kids and they take all measures to provide a safe and fun learning environment for them. Really impressed how Divya and her team handled a tough period during COVID lockdown - they improvised quickly and ensured there is continuity and support from their side for all children and even parents by means of songs, stories, activities and frequent reading sessions.
My 6 year old was fortunate to attend the summer camp at Tulasi where he fully enjoyed playing traditional games, learning kannada songs, trying his hands at sewing and experiencing traditional ways of prepping meals. Divya and her team run this happy space where children learn from each other in an appropriately stimulating environment. Would highly recommend parents to send their younger children to experience true joy of learning.
Divya is someone who is very passionate about Waldorf education. She's very experienced in it. Her Slow down Mama sessions were really helpful to understand the intricacies and which we can easily adopt in our day to day life. The services which she offers through her venture My Little Bookshop is also commendable. Truly a wonderful person. I wish her success in all her initiatives.
We’re so glad our daughter began her schooling journey at Tulasi, under the care of Divya and her loving team. Those few years were truly special—for her and for us as parents. It's been a long journey to meet Divya. Roughly 3 years and 600+ kilometres later, we're an extremely happy bunch- my children could attend her summer camp. I cannot thank Divya enough for being an amazing mentor through our journey of homeschooling and self discovery.
If you're looking for a space where children are truly nurtured, Tulasi is the place. True to Waldorf principles, the environment is warm, soothing, and rooted in local culture—through festivals, songs, and food. Divya ensures every experience is meaningful. My daughter still fondly recalls her kindergarten days and wishes to go back.
A beautiful kindergarten run by loving people!! I have had the pleasure of attending Divya’s ‘Slow Down Mama’ course that helped me immensely as a new mom during the lockdown. I am really happy that she gets to share her knowledge and approach in this warm inviting space & affect children’s lives in the right way. A place where my little one enjoyed and felt right at home instantly for the little time she was there for.
It has been a joy to see our son grow and develop at Tulasi. He took time to settle, but with the care of his teachers and the friendships he formed, he gradually began to enjoy school. In his second year, he truly blossomed—gaining confidence and enjoying handwork activities and storytelling. Heartfelt thanks to Divya, all the teachers, and the caretaker staff for creating such a nurturing environment.
We have had a wonderful experience at Tulasi kindergarten! The incredibly dedicated teachers and staff have created a very warm and nurturing environment that our daughter felt very supported and keenly looked forward to going to school every single day!
